Ninety Mornings · 90 days · run alone
Ninety days of the first hour. No application, no gate, nothing read by me. If you want to start on your own before you decide anything larger, this is where to do it.
The Ledger. A bound logbook, ninety numbered pages, one for each morning. You write four lines in it by hand, every day.
One written instruction each morning, three lines, for ninety days. They get shorter as you get better at it.
A closing letter with the whole protocol in it, so you can keep running it without me.
It is the mornings. Capacity is the mornings plus your sleep, your food, your load and your recovery, arranged for your situation specifically, with the ninety days read by me at the end and answered by hand.
Nothing you write here reaches me. There is no application, so there is also no diagnosis, and the protocol is the one that works for most men rather than the one that works for you.
If you finish this and want the rest, Capacity is the next thing, and the ninety days you have just done will make it easier.
Four intakes a year. Leave your email and I will write when the next one opens, with the date and nothing else.
