Founder of AllGaia

Building systems for human energy, recovery, and long-term restoration.

I work where personal capacity, health, and real-world systems meet — building practical structures that help people feel better and participate more fully.

Current thesis

Less noise. More capacity.

Most systems ask people to do more. I am interested in the opposite: rebuilding the biological, economic, and structural conditions that make meaningful participation possible.

Restoration begins when people have enough energy, clarity, and recovery to act from capacity rather than depletion.

Current work

Three connected layers.

The work is deliberately simple on the surface and deeper underneath: product, foundation, and writing as different entry points into one larger system.

Story

A practical path into deeper questions.

Twenty years across real estate, systems thinking, independent research, health, and human performance eventually converged into AllGaia.

The current work is an attempt to build something practical from those observations — something that begins with how people actually feel, then connects that capacity to larger systems.

This site is the quieter layer: notes, ideas, and the longer arc behind the work.
