The terms.
Short, because there is not much to argue about. Everything below also appears on the page of the thing it applies to.
Who you are contracting with.

Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. Nothing in this takes away rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

I hold no medical, psychological, nutritional or therapeutic qualification of any kind. Nothing I send you diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents anything, and none of it replaces a doctor.
What I write is an account of what I did to myself and what I have watched work in other people. It is experience, not evidence, and you should read it as one person describing what he found.
If you take prescribed medication you keep taking it. Before you change how you eat, how you sleep, how you train or how you fast, ask a doctor. If you are unwell, in crisis, pregnant, or being treated for anything, ask a doctor first and tell them what you intend to do. You act on your own judgement and at your own risk.
Applying, and being placed.
Nothing on this site can be bought directly. You apply, I read it myself, and I decide what you enter, which is often something other than what you asked for.
An application is not an offer and creates no obligation on either side. Nothing is charged until you are accepted and you have agreed to what you are entering, at what price, and when it starts.
Payment, cancellation and refunds.
Everything is paid in full before it begins, in the currency stated on the page.
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days from the day you pay to cancel for any reason and get all of your money back. If you ask for the work to start inside those fourteen days, and it does, you may be charged for the part already delivered. This right is yours by law and nothing here takes it away.
After that: I promise nothing about your result and I do not refund on the grounds of a result. If I end the work myself, for any reason, including because I decide I cannot carry you properly, I return everything you have paid me for it. That is the whole policy.
If you go silent for fourteen days I stop sending and the place is closed. Days already used are not refunded; unused days are.
Nothing pauses, freezes or extends. A fixed length is a fixed length, including for travel and for work.
Credit on moving up: anything you have already paid me comes off the price of the year for twelve months from the date you paid it. Credit is not cash, cannot be transferred to anyone else and is not refundable on its own.
What belongs to whom.
The protocols, the daily instructions, the logbooks and everything else I send you are mine, and are licensed to you personally for your own use. Do not copy them, publish them, resell them or teach from them.
What you write stays yours. I will never publish it, quote it or describe it to anyone.
Limits.
My liability to you is limited to what you paid me, except where the law does not allow that limit, which includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have as a consumer under Estonian or European law.
