You can describe it. You have never caught it.

You catch it while it is running instead of a day later. Not always. Enough.

This is you if.

Something is not working

  • There is a thing you do that you can describe perfectly the next morning and never once while it is happening.
  • The week of drinking, the sudden purchase, the fight, the disappearing, the fixing of other people’s problems instead of your own.
  • You have read about it. You understand it. Understanding has never stopped it, not one time.

Or nothing is wrong at all

  • Nothing dramatic at all. You simply do not act like the person you know you are, on the days that matter most.

This is not you if.

  • You want to understand where it came from. This does not do that. It stops it.

It does not matter what your pattern is about. They all run the same way and they are all caught the same way.

Where you are now.

The thing that took you down is still running, and often on better fuel than before.

You see it clearly the next morning, every time. Never while it is happening.

What 60 days changes.

You catch it while it is running instead of a day later. Not always. Enough.

And the first time you catch it and do the other thing instead, something changes that no amount of understanding was ever going to change.

Who I refuse for this one.

  • Anyone who wants to analyse the pattern rather than stop it.
  • Anyone still hoping it is someone else’s fault. It may well be. It is still yours to stop.
  • Anyone whose sleep is still broken. A tired person cannot catch anything, and I will say so rather than take the money.

What is required of you.

Four hours a week. One entry at the moment, not afterwards — written while it is running, in six words. One longer entry each Sunday.

It gets worse before day twenty. Seeing it in real time and not being able to stop it is worse than not seeing it. That period is the work, not a sign it is failing.

What arrives.

The Protocol

Printed and sent before day one. Everything to do, in order, with the reasons underneath and the tricks that make it work.

Posted

The Ledger

A bound logbook, one numbered page for each day, written in by hand.

05:00 daily

The Daily

One written instruction each morning. Three lines. They get shorter as you get better.

The last day

The Page

You write your closing record. I read it myself and answer with one page in my handwriting, posted to you.

What you do not get.

No calls. No voice notes. No group. You will not meet me.

And nothing here is written for you personally. This protocol was finished before I knew your name, which is why it costs a fraction of the year with me. It is a fraction of it: the part that fits on paper.

The difference, side by side →

$3,000, once you are accepted.

Paid in full. If you later want the whole year, this comes off it. You hold one at a time, so a second is not bought — you move up and this comes off. The year alone →
