Free · seven mornings
You reach for the phone before you are upright. That is what I found first, and it is the thing nobody had told me: a body that starts the day in alarm spends the rest of it defending itself rather than working. Then coffee, before any water, into a body that has not drunk for eight hours.
You have done this every morning for twenty years, and it was the first thing I changed.
Each one is short and each one is something to do before eight in the morning. The phone. The water. The light. The order. The coffee. The four lines. And on the seventh: what you have just proved to yourself.
It costs nothing and it works before you have paid me anything. If seven mornings do nothing for you, nothing else on this site will either, and you will have found that out for free.
Nothing follows. Seven letters and it stops.
If you want the whole of it — your whole life in front of one person at once, two hours, then two weeks of your own work, then one hour more — that is Life Immersion.
