Seven Mornings
Seven letters, one each morning, each with the plan for that day. By the seventh morning your day starts differently. After one week you know for yourself whether that is worth something to you.

Life Immersion
Two hours with me, one to one. You talk, I listen, and then I tell you what is actually running your life. You leave with a small number of things to do, written down, in order.
You do them for two weeks, alone. Then we meet once more, for an hour. You leave with one page from me: what I saw, what moved, and the order to do the rest in.
Two things here cost money. Life Immersion is the one you do not have to apply for.

The Year
This is the deepest thing I offer. One protected hour every week for fifty-two weeks, a longer session every month, daily written access, and two full days together. There is no fixed programme. The year starts at the point you are at now, and I change the plan as you change.
